Dr. Tobias Larisch is a corporate partner in the Frankfurt office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

He advises private equity funds, infrastructure investors and global companies on cross-border M&A transactions, take privates, structured minority investments, carve-outs and joint ventures. He has broad experience advising on investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
