Kirkland Advises Beacon Rail on Successful Refinancing

Kirkland & Ellis advised Beacon Rail on a major refinancing to combine the Beacon Rail and Eversholt Rail financing platforms. The refinancing follows Beacon’s successful acquisition of Eversholt Rail, a transaction on which Kirkland also advised.
