Kirkland Advises Crestline Together with Canyon on Private Credit Financing Backing NEOTech’s Acquisition of Virtex

Kirkland & Ellis advised Crestline Investors, together with Canyon Partners, on the private credit acquisition financing backing Arkview Capital portfolio company NEOTech’s acquisition of Virtex, a U.S.-based provider of high-reliability electronic manufacturing services focused primarily on the defense market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced August 6, 2026.
