Kirkland Advises ESR on Sustainability-Linked Refinancing Exceeding $2 Billion Target
Kirkland & Ellis advised ESR Group, Asia-Pacific's largest real asset manager, on over US$2 billion (equivalent) of new sustainability-linked refinancing facilities.
The transaction represents one of the largest syndicated financings in the Asia-Pacific region year to date, with final commitments upsized from their initial target following strong investor demand.
