Kirkland & Ellis advised Integrity, LLC, a leading distributor of life and health insurance, and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions, on the acquisition of Visionary, an Atlanta, Georgia-based financial services organization specializing in life insurance and annuities for individuals and families, and led by Akki Roopani.
