Kirkland & Ellis advised KKR in its role within a series of strategic partnerships with NVIDIA designed to establish independent compute financing platforms. In addition to KKR, NVIDIA is partnering with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs to mobilize over $500 billion of third-party capital for the buildout of AI infrastructure over time. The new financing platforms will turn NVIDIA compute and full-stack AI Infrastructure into an investable asset class for global capital, broadening access to AI factories, enabling long-duration usage-linked revenue while supporting NVIDIA’s ecosystem growth across hardware sales and software adoption.
