Kirkland Advises Amulet Capital Partners on Closing of Continuation Vehicle to Support Continued Growth of U.S. Fertility Led by StepStone
Kirkland & Ellis represented private equity investment firm Amulet Capital Partners on the closing of a recapitalization of U.S. Fertility, the nation’s leading fertility services platform, through a new continuation vehicle. StepStone Group acted as the sole lead investor and was supported by other existing and new investors. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
