Kirkland Advises Oakley Capital on Refinancing and Recapitalization of Infravadis with Bond-Style Covenants
Kirkland & Ellis has advised Oakley Capital on the unitranche/super senior refinancing and recapitalization of Infravadis.
The financing provides a capex and acquisition facility to support the company’s buy-and-build strategy and features an innovative framework with bond-style covenants.
Oakley Capital first invested in Infravadis in 2025.
Infravadis is a tech-enabled platform focused on the Underground Infrastructure Maintenance (UIM) market. The company provides a broad range of mission-critical services, including cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation of pipes, drains and sewer infrastructure. It combines traditional craftsmanship with digital tools and technology-enabled processes to improve efficiency, service quality and scalability.
The Kirkland team included debt finance lawyers J. Melchior Raiser, Alexander Längsfeld, Barbara Dunkel and Alexandros Peschos; and tax lawyers Tim Nobereit and Julia Gesell.
