Kirkland Represents Camsense on its Hong Kong IPO
Kirkland & Ellis represented Shenzhen Camsense Technologies Co., Ltd. (Camsense, HKEX: 6802) on its global offering and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on September 30, 2026. The joint sponsors are China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and Guosen Securities (HK) Capital Company Limited.
Camsense successfully raised approximately HK$682 million by offering 11,588,800 H Shares at a price of HK$58.85 per H Share, prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option, with the Hong Kong public offering tranche oversubscribed by 3,546.91 times.
Camsense specializes in developing spatial sensing products, with a focus on robotic vacuums and providing them with algorithms and hardware including triangulation LiDAR, dTOF LiDAR and line lasers. Since inception, its total cumulative shipment volume has surpassed 39 million units. In 2025, Camsense has been an important spatial sensing product supplier to all five largest market players globally in the robotic vacuum industry, with the total shipments of LiDAR and line laser sensors exceeded ten million units and five million units respectively, and the annual revenue ranking the first among spatial sensing product providers for robotic vacuums, which underscores its market position in the industry. Camsense plans to invest in enhancing R&D and manufacturing capabilities, hoping to expand into yard robots, pool-cleaning robots, humanoid robots and other fields to further diversify their business and revenue.
