Kirkland Represents PPC-Backed EDP on Sale to Platinum Equity

Kirkland & Ellis advised PPC, a family-oriented investment firm, on its definitive agreement to sell EDP, a leading provider of propane distribution services, to Platinum Equity. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in November 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
