Kirkland Advises 7 Brew in Successful Acquisition of 69 Locations in Salad and Go Chapter 11 Cases

Kirkland & Ellis advised 7 Brew, the fastest growing drive-thru chain in the U.S., on the acquisition of 69 leases from Salad and Go in Salad and Go’s Chapter 11 proceedings pending in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. 7 Brew was the successful bidder following a heads-up auction with a 7 Brew competitor. The bankruptcy court approved the sale to 7 Brew, and the sale transactions closed the week of October 26th.
