Kirkland Represents Radiology Partners on $485 Million First-Lien Notes Offering to Fund Everlight Acquisition

Kirkland & Ellis advised Radiology Partners, a physician-owned and physician-led radiology practice backed by Whistler Capital Partners and New Enterprise Associates (NEA), in connection with a $485 million offering of first-lien senior secured notes to fund its previously announced acquisition of Everlight Radiology. The proceeds from the notes offering were deposited into an escrow account pending the consummation of the Everlight acquisition.
