Overview

Maggie Flores is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Maggie has diverse experience representing both public and private companies as well as private equity sponsors in connection with complex business transactions, including structuring and negotiating domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, de-SPAC transactions, capital markets offerings, and other recapitalizations, restructurings and strategic transactions. She also counsels clients on a range of general corporate and securities law matters, including periodic reporting and disclosure issues, corporate governance and fiduciary duties.

In 2022, Maggie was recognized by The Deal as one of its “Top Woman in Dealmaking” for M&A.
