Represented Samsung in an ITC investigation against BiTMICRO concerning memory technology.

Represented The Chamberlain Group in an action for trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and tortious interference against Techtronic Industries.

Represented Dollar Shave Club, Dorco, and Pace Shave in a patent infringement case relating to razor blade technology.

Represented Barr Laboratories (now part of Teva Pharmaceuticals) defending an antitrust challenge to a so-called “reverse payment” settlement of a Hatch-Waxman patent litigation regarding the drug Cipro® (ciprofloxacin).

Represented Samsung in ITC action regarding graphic processing units. Following trial, client obtained an initial determination of no violation that was subsequently upheld by the Commission.

Represented clients in false advertising challenges before the National Advertising Division of the Better Business Bureau.
