Brice Lipman concentrates on the corporate and securities aspects of complex business transactions, including leveraged buy-outs of private and public companies; strategic mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures; venture capital and growth equity investments; divestitures; private equity fund-related transactions; and debt and equity restructurings. Brice manages transactions in a wide variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, infrastructure, energy, consumer services and industrials.
Brice holds a B.A. from Xavier University, a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Brice has been a partner of the Firm since 2021.
