Kirkland Counsels Alpine Investors on Launch of Guardian Restoration Platform and Acquisitions of DryLux and DryKings
Kirkland & Ellis advised Alpine Investors on the launch of Guardian Restoration Partners, a newly formed platform focused on buying and building exceptional restoration businesses. In connection with the launch, Kirkland also advised Alpine and Guardian Restoration on their acquisitions of DryLux and DryKings, which are both premier providers within the restoration industry. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
The combined Kirkland team was led by corporate partner Brice Lipman and associate Jeff Siwik; with support from tax partner Devin Heckman; executive compensation partner Jared Whalen; and corporate partner Sean Kramer.
