Kirkland Represents Blackstone in Acquisition of Center For Autism & Related Disorders

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented private equity funds managed by Blackstone in its acquisition of the Center For Autism and Related Disorders, LLC, a leading provider of behavioral health services to children and adults affected by autism spectrum disorder.  The transaction is expected to close later this year.
