On Tuesday, November 12, 2002, Kirkland & Ellis hosted the seminar "Corporate Responsibility in an Era of Regulatory Change: Making Sense of the New Rules."  Our panel of legal experts discussed the recent significant regulatory and statutory changes affecting public companies.  The panels included experts on corporate and securities law, securities litigation and white collar criminal law with commentary from general counsel and representatives of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
