Kirkland & Ellis Restructuring Cocktail Reception

On Monday, April 24, 2006, Kirkland & Ellis LLP hosted a cocktail reception to welcome two new Restructuring Partners to the Munich office.  Dr. Bernd Meyer-Lowy joined Kirkland & Ellis International LLP in February.  His practice focuses on representing senior creditors in work out and insolvency situations.  He also represents insolvency trustees and debtor companies in complex restructurings.  Dr. Leo Plank joined Kirkland in April.  His practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency issues with particular focus on the representation of debtors in cross-border restructuring.  He also advises institutional, high yield, and distressed debt investors in German and European restructurings.  The reception welcoming our new partners took place in our Munich office.
