The Advertising & Trademark Law Seminar will be held on July 21, 2009. This seminar is an annual one-day program that explores current legal issues and best practices relating to advertising and trademark law. It is designed for executives and in-house counsel who are responsible for their company's advertising and/or trademarks. Topics for this year's seminar include:

The seminar will be held in Kirkland's Chicago office. The program has been approved for four hours of general CLE credit by the MCLE Board of the Supreme Court of Illinois. Kirkland & Ellis LLP is an approved provider by the Illinois MCLE Board.
