INSOL Europe’s 7th Annual Eastern European Countries’ Committee Conference

INSOL will hold its seventh annual Eastern European Countries' Committee Conference from May 26-28, 2011 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia in Tallinn.  This year the conference theme is "A Return to Prospertiy?" and will focus on the extent to which countries, companies and their stakeholders managed their ways through the financial crisis. Topics will include, "Factors Influencing the Relatively Low Level of Bankruptcies in Poland," "The Baltic Region – Insolvency Successes to Date and Future Restructuring and Investment Potential," and "The Financial Crisis 12 Months On – Or Has it Gone?" among others.

Kirkland partner Dr. Leo Plank will participate on the "Balance Sheets and Cash Flow – A Test of Insolvency and a Test of Practitioners" panel.
