34th Annual Promotion Marketing Law Conference
The Promotion Marketing Association (PMA) will host its 34th Annual Marketing Law Conference on November 13 - 14 at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers. This year's program "Converging Platforms & Diverging Laws" will focus on social media policies and mobile marketing, developing apps for platforms and legal challenges, online behavioral advertising, global privacy concerns, gamification, sweepstakes, contests, gift cards, coupons and all forms of incentive marketing, and a host of other subjects. Kirkland partner Ross Weisman will present "The Basics of Incentive Marketing" on November 13, 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.
