IBA 15th Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds

The IBA Private Investment Funds Subcommittee of the IBA Investment Funds Committee and the Hedge Funds Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Business Law Section Federal Regulation of Securities Committee will co-present an interactive conference with topics including general counsel and investor perspectives on the state of the industry, lessons learned from recent litigation and regulatory actions, activist funds, multi-jurisdictional comparison of governance and compliance issues, and challenges in global marketing of funds, among other topics.

Kirkland partner Andrew Wright will co-present on "Structuring and managing LP co-investments" on Monday, March 10 and partner Lisa Cawley will co-present on a workshop "Update on AIFMD implementation" on Monday, March 10.
