36th Annual Brand Activation Association Marketing Law Conference
The Brand Activation Association (BAA) will host its 36th Annual Marketing Law Conference on November 5-7, at the Downtown Marriott in Chicago. This year’s program, “Navigating the Marketing Law Maze” will address a wide array of legal disciplines, including social media, digital media, online behavior advertising, domestic and international promotion, sweepstakes, contests and games, big data, data security/breach, privacy, intellectual property, litigation and all the key regulations, cases and laws in effect or in the pipeline facing the industry today. Kirkland partner Ross Weisman will present “Beginner’s Workshop: An Introduction to Lotteries, Sweepstakes and Skill Contests” on November 5, from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
