New York City Bankruptcy Conference

The American Bankruptcy Institute will host their New York City Bankruptcy Conference on June 10, 2022 at the New York Hilton Midtown.

Kirkland partner, Nicole Greenblatt, will participate as a panelist for “Corporate Governance in Distressed Situations, Including the Role of Sponsors and Senior Management.” The panel will cover issues related to corporate governance in distressed situations while discussing the interplay between corporate governance and sponsor action.
