2023 International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium
The American Bankruptcy Institute will host the program “2023 International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium” on November 2–3, 2023 in Lisbon, Portugal.
The program will cover various trends and topics in the restructuring world. Kirkland partners Kate Stephenson and James H.M. Sprayregen will participate in the “State of the Market on Cross-Border Recognition” session as a moderator and panelist, respectively.
