Overview

Devin Anderson is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., and Salt Lake City offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation, and he has briefed and argued cases in trial and appellate courts across the country on a wide array of issues. In addition, Devin has achieved multiple wins before the Supreme Court in merits cases.

Devin also has experience advising industry-disrupting companies on fast-moving regulatory compliance issues, including with regard to data-security practices.

Devin is also an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School.
