Alasdair is an antitrust and regulatory partner in Kirkland’s London office. His practice covers all aspects of antitrust, foreign investment and national security and regulatory law, with a particular emphasis on securing approvals for transactions. Alasdair has also practised in Brussels, Washington, D.C., and in-house at Visa.
