Overview

Brad Barber is a litigation associate in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Brad focuses on high-stakes trial and appellate litigation and has represented clients across a variety of industries, including biotechnology, healthcare, securities, consumer products, energy, and private equity. He has also defended clients in government investigations and enforcement actions involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general. Brad is also an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University Law School, where he teaches Federal Courts, a course on Article III of the U.S. Constitution.
