Ann Becchina is a capital markets partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Ann advises clients regarding the analysis and reporting of beneficial ownership under Section 13 of the Exchange Act and beneficial ownership and short-swing profit under Section 16 of the Exchange Act in connection with general corporate governance and compliance, capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and SPACs, merger and acquisition transactions and equity derivatives.
