Overview

Amarto Bhattacharyya is a partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Amarto has broad experience in complex commercial litigation and government investigations. His commercial litigation experience includes breach of contract, fraud, insurance and indemnity, product liability, consumer protection, restructuring, and antitrust matters. He has played an integral role in several class actions and other cases involving federal and state courts, arbitrations, and negotiations. His government investigations experience includes corporate monitoring work and internal investigations. Amarto also maintains an active pro bono practice.
