Overview

Tracie Bryant is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation before federal and state courts across the country. Tracie represents clients in litigation matters involving antitrust, consumer products, false advertising, labor and employment, False Claims Act, defamation, and constitutional law. She also has extensive experience with class action litigation and representing clients seeking or defending against temporary injunctive relief. Tracie has resolved cases with motions practice, including hearings, and represented clients at trial.

Recently, Tracie was named in The National Bar Association’s list of 40 Under 40: Nation’s Best Advocates.
