Tract Capital Management, LP and Fleet Data Centers in a transaction supporting the development partners’ first-ever data center projects in Nevada consisting of two premier turnkey facilities with planned aggregate capacity of up to 400 MW. The transaction included the execution of purchase and sale agreements for the disposition of the development land and entry into long-term leases with a confidential investment-grade entity. The signing established ownership, governance, funding and operational rights for the projects, with a total transaction value of approximately $3.16 billion.
