His practice focuses on corporate and capital markets law and includes, in particular, capital markets transactions. He advises issuers, financial investors and underwriters on a broad range of public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings (IPOs), rights offerings, accelerated primary and secondary offerings of equity securities, and the issuance of convertible and general corporate bonds.
