Private M&A Transaction

• Advised funds managed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in the acquisition, in consortium with Todd Boehly and other individual investors, of Premier League football club Chelsea FC PLC. (2022)
• Advised funds managed by General Atlantic and other existing shareholders in the sale of 100% of the shares of Studio Moderna, an electronic retailer in Central and Eastern Europe. (2022)
• Advised funds managed by Silver Lake Partners in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Grupo BC, a mortgage management, legal and digital services provider to the financial sector in Iberia and Latin America. (2021)

Public M&A Transactions

• Advised funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in the effort to take John Wood Group plc private. (2022-2023)
• Advised funds managed by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. in the effort to take Telecom Italia S.p.A. private. (2021-2022)

Financing Transactions

• Advised Lottomatica S.p.A., a portfolio company of funds managed by Apollo Global Management, Inc., in the issuance of €350 million senior secured notes due 2027 and with respect to obtaining €75 million of additional commitments to the existing revolving credit facility. (2022)
• Advised Reno de Medici S.p.A., a portfolio company of funds managed by Apollo Global Management, in the issuance of €445 million sustainability-linked senior secured notes due 2026 and with respect to entering into a €75 million super senior revolving credit facility. (2021)

General Corporate

• Provides ongoing advice to Teemo Bidco S.à r.l., a portfolio company of funds managed by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., with respect to its 37.5% investment in FiberCop S.p.A. (2021-ongoing)
