- BC Partners on:
- the acquisition of a majority stake in Fortidia
- the acquisition of a majority stake in PetLab Co.
- the acquisition of a majority stake in T-2 by BC Partners portfolio company Telemach Slovenia
- Stonepeak on the acquisition of co-control stake in IFCO
- GTCR on the acquisition of Zentiva
- Bansk Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Byoma
- Apax on the acquisition of IWSR by Apax portfolio company WGSN
- Charlesbank Capital Partners on its investment in Perspective Financial Group
Prior to joining Kirkland, Stefano’s transactions have included, among others, the representation of:
- Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. on the acquisition, in consortium with Todd Boehly and other individual investors, of Chelsea FC
- Silver Lake Partners on the acquisition of Grupo BC
- Apollo portfolio company Lottomatica on the issuance of €350 million senior secured notes due 2027 and with respect to obtaining €75 million of additional commitments to the existing revolving credit facility
- Apollo portfolio company Reno de Medici on the issuance of €445 million sustainability-linked senior secured notes due 2026 and with respect to entering into a €75 million super senior revolving credit facility
