Kirkland Advises GIC on Sale of Allfunds to Deutsche Börse

Kirkland & Ellis is advising GIC in connection with the recommended cash and share acquisition of its portfolio company Allfunds Group plc, a leading global dealing and distribution platform in the wealth management industry, by Deutsche Börse AG.

The transaction, valued at approximately €5.3 billion, has been approved by Allfunds’ shareholders and is expected to complete in the first half of 2027, subject to the regulatory approvals.
