Overview

Noah Chamberlain is an associate in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice is principally focused on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and minority equity investments. He also advises clients on structuring and forming investment funds.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Noah worked as a transactional associate in Delaware, focusing primarily on mergers, acquisitions and complex real estate transactions.
