Kirkland Advises Clearlake Capital on Acquisition of Pathway Capital Management

Kirkland & Ellis represented global investment firm Clearlake Capital Group on its acquisition of Pathway Capital Management, a global provider of private market solutions for institutional and wealth markets. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, and closing is expected in the first quarter of 2026, subject to the receipt of required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
