Jared Maher is a corporate partner and a member of the Firm’s Strategic GP Advisory Practice Group. He advises private equity sponsors, asset managers and investors on complex business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, minority investments, seed and financing transactions, structured equity transactions, recapitalizations and restructurings, executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements. He regularly counsels founders and senior investment professionals of leading private equity sponsors and asset managers across a wide range of sectors, geographies and strategies.
Jared has also represented publicly traded companies, private companies and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a wide range of complex transactions, leading transactions ranging from strategic add-on acquisitions to large take privates, both domestically and in cross-border transactions.
