Yeram Choi is an associate in the Technology & IP Transactions Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Yeram advises private and public companies on the technology, intellectual property and data aspects of transactional matters across a range of industries, including financial services, software, life sciences, consumer and retail, as well as media and entertainment. She has experience drafting complex agreements involving patent, trademark and copyright licensing, services arrangements and collaborations, research, development, manufacturing and supply. Her practice also involves counseling clients on the commercial, intellectual property and data driven aspects of M&A, spin-offs, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Yeram was an associate in the Technology Transactions Group at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she advised emerging companies and their founders on product development and commercialization issues related to artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
