Meghan Cocci is a nationally recognized real estate partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. For more than 20 years, she has guided owners, investors and operators through some of the most significant hospitality transactions in the U.S., Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Her work ranges from acquisitions and dispositions to joint venture formation, and she regularly negotiates management, franchise and license agreements for hotels, resorts, golf courses, restaurants and spas.
