Kirkland Advises Travel + Leisure on Acquisition of Spinnaker Resorts

Kirkland & Ellis advised Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE: TNL), a leading leisure travel company, on a definitive agreement to acquire Spinnaker Resorts. The Spinnaker Resorts acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. At the same time, Travel + Leisure announced the close of the acquisition of Yes& Vacations. The combined upfront purchase price of both acquisitions will be $343 million, subject to customary adjustments and contingent performance-based payments of up to $10 million.
