Overview
Zachary Sallen is an associate in the Firm’s Technology and IP Transactions Practice Group. His practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial transactions involving intellectual property, technology and licensing matters. His experience includes evaluating and advising on intellectual property and technology issues that arise in mergers, acquisitions, private equity, debt finance and venture capital transactions, software licensing and SaaS agreements, collaboration and joint development agreements, open source issues, protection of trade secrets and rights of publicity, confidentiality and third party distribution agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, and other issues related to doing business on the Internet.
