Overview

Mollie Goldfarb is a capital markets associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mollie has experience representing private and public companies in equity and debt offerings in addition to liability management transactions. She also advises publicly-traded companies on corporate governance, SEC compliance and disclosure matters.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Mollie was involved in the following matters:

  • Represented a leading global e-commerce marketplace in its significantly oversubscribed fully backstopped equity rights offering
  • Represented a leading on-demand digital manufacturing platform in its Rule 13e-3 “take private” transaction
  • Represented a leading natural and organic, specialty and fresh food distributor in connection with its Rule 144A/Reg S. offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 9.000% senior secured notes due 2029
  • Represented a leading specialty building materials distributor in connection with its Rule 144A/Reg S. offering of $510 million aggregate principal amount of 7.750% senior secured notes due 2029
