Kirkland Advises Paine Schwartz-Backed Suja Life, Inc. on Pricing of Initial Public Offering
Kirkland & Ellis represented Suja Life, Inc., a Paine Schwartz Partners (PSP) portfolio company, on its IPO. Suja Life operates at the intersection of health, taste and trust, offering cold-pressed juices, wellness shots and functional sodas. The offering priced 8.9 million shares of Suja Life’s Class A common stock at a price to the public of $21 per share. In addition, Suja Life granted the underwriters a 30‑day option to purchase up to an additional 1.3 million shares of Class A common stock at the IPO price. The shares began trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 7, 2026 under the ticker symbol “SUJA”. The offering continues a streak of Kirkland-led IPOs in the first half of 2026.
