Kyle Guest is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he is a member of the Firm's ESG & Impact group. Kyle advises the Firm's clients on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, including ESG reporting and disclosure, ESG due diligence in complex transactions, corporate sustainability programs and ESG integration, fund development, sustainable finance, climate solutions, and other matters pertaining to ESG risks and opportunities.
