Delaney Hellman is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She practices intellectual property law with a focus on copyright, trademark, trade secret and right of publicity law. She represents clients on matters across a wide variety of industries, from music publishers to pharmaceuticals. She has worked on matters in federal and state court, as well as TTAB proceedings.
Delaney maintains an active pro bono practice where she assists nonprofits in protecting their intellectual property rights.
