Miranda T. Hernandez is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Miranda’s practice focuses on high-stakes litigation across a diverse range of industries. Miranda also has experience representing multinational companies, boards, committees, directors and executives in white collar regulatory matters, as well as sensitive internal investigations.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Miranda served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeannette A. Vargas of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
