Overview

Chris Keegan’s practice focuses principally on complex commercial litigation in federal and state trial courts, as well as arbitration panels and investigative bodies in Northern California and across the country. Chris has represented Fortune 500 and private equity clients in a broad range of matters including, breach of contract, consumer class actions, mass tort claims, wage and hour/employment claims, energy litigation, restructuring and bankruptcy related disputes, trade secret, patent and trademark claims, breach of contract, and business torts.
