Overview

Elizabeth Kelly is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis’ Boston office. Elizabeth focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and has additional experience with white collar and intellectual property cases. Elizabeth has litigated in state and federal court, and her experience includes conducting and managing complex discovery, drafting motions and expert reports, preparing witnesses to testify at trial and depositions, developing strategies for oral arguments and participating in jury trials to verdict.

Elizabeth also worked as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and worked at another international law firm.
